Biography

Paul Jackson has worked in higher education for over twenty years with experience in admissions, student life, academic advising, and teaching. He holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies and an M.S. in Mental Health Science and Human Services from New England College.

In addition to his work at Thomas More College, Mr. Jackson is the Director of the Fides et Ratio Seminars at the Faith and Reason Institute. Over the last seventeen years, Mr. Jackson and the late Dr. Patrick Powers held seminars at nearly thirty locations across the United States, with dozens of participating institutions and nearly 1,000 participants. Seminar topics have included: “The Church Fathers, Doctors, Popes, Sacred Art, and Music”; “The American Regime and Catholic Thought”; “The Catholic Intellectual Tradition of the Twentieth & Twenty-First Centuries”; and more.

Since joining Thomas More College, Mr. Jackson has overseen a successful campaign to acquire Mercy Hall, a 26,000 sq. ft. building located in the historic district of Nashua, which is used as a dormitory and for hosting events. He has assisted in the development of the Center for the Restoration of Christian Culture, directed by Mr. Phil Lawler and President William Fahey. In 2017, he was instrumental in helping the College successfully establish an endowed student scholarship fund.
