Hannah O’Connor

Biography

Hannah O’Connor first came to Rome as a student with Thomas More College of Liberal Arts in 2009. This first pilgrimage was life-changing as it planted the seed that led to her conversion. An avid pilgrim, Hannah has walked the Camino de Santiago, traveled to the Holy Land, and led student pilgrims to Poland and all throughout Italy.

Since 2019, she has been based in Rome as Residence Director and Instructor for the Thomas More College and Ave Maria University Rome Programs. She also works with pilgrims and high school programs during the summer.

She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sacred Art History with Pontifex University.

Hannah enjoys painting and drawing, and is especially inspired by Rome. You can also find her writing letters, singing, playing instruments, cycling, and hiking when she is not teaching in the Eternal City.
